I understand that by successful payment, I have read and accepted the terms & conditions stated on this page. The following terms and conditions are applicable for customers that have purchased products from TRADEMOUNTS, A Kingdom Group Brand.

Hereafter, the "person"/"organization"/"Company" buying any products referred to in this document as "Products" that includes but is not limited to: Floor Mounts, Wall Mounts, Cab Mounts, Ceiling Mounts, Exterior Mounts, and any other 3D Printed Contractor Vehicle Organization products from TRADEMOUNTS or any of the direct / redirect / indirect links to this page, URL's, or Domains will be referred in this document as "Client", "you", "your" and;

TRADEMOUNTS as the "Provider", "we", "us", "our".

1. COMMON TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUR PRODUCTS

1.1. Authorization: The Client is engaging the Provider for the specific purpose of purchasing 3D printed organization mounts. The Client agrees to provide accurate shipping and billing information for order fulfillment.

1.2. Product Specifications: Our products are 3D printed in ASA filament, UV and heat rated to 200°F. While we strive for absolute precision, minor surface variations inherent to the 3D printing process may occur and do not constitute a defect.

1.3. Compatibility: TRADEMOUNTS products are designed to be compatible with specific tool brands (e.g., Milwaukee, Ryobi) and vehicle systems (e.g., Tmat, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Sprinter). The Client is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

2. PAYMENT TERMS & WORKFLOW

2.1. Upfront Payment: The Client agrees to pay the full cost upfront for all Products. Upon receiving full payment, order processing and manufacturing will commence. We accept major credit cards through our secure Shopify/Stripe gateway.

2.2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders: For fleet accounts and bulk orders, a minimum deposit or alternate payment arrangement may be negotiated. Full payment is generally required before freight shipment unless net terms are explicitly established in writing.

3. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

3.1. Limited Liability: TRADEMOUNTS mounts are built for heavy-duty jobsite use. However, the Provider is not liable for damage to tools, vehicles, or personal property resulting from improper installation, overloading beyond stated capacities, or extreme misuse.

3.2. Vehicle Modifications: Our systems are designed to require zero permanent modifications (no drilling). If the Client chooses to permanently modify their vehicle to install our products, TRADEMOUNTS is not responsible for any resulting vehicle damage or warranty voidance.

3.3. Indemnification: The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TRADEMOUNTS, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims arising from the use of our products.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. Trademarks: TRADEMOUNTS is a Kingdom Group Brand. References to Milwaukee, Ryobi, Ford, Ram, Sprinter, Chevy, and Tmat are for compatibility identification purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands.

4.2. Design Rights: All CAD designs, product engineering, website graphics, and brand identity remain the exclusive property of TRADEMOUNTS. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of our physical products is strictly prohibited.

5. REVISIONS TO THESE TERMS

The Provider reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify the Terms of this Agreement at any time. Notice of any revision will be posted in accordance with our Terms of Agreement. By continuing to use our site and purchase our products, you accept these changes.
